A unique Australian-Swiss style of cheese, Henri is a semi-firm cheese with small eyes and a thin, dark rind. Displaying both sweet & nutty flavours evocative of European Alpine styles and a yeasty character of his own, Henri is the ultimate melting cheese.
Henri complements many flavours well; on buttery crackers with Nan’s fruit chutney, melted on a toastie with ham and pickles or in a retro cheese fondue! Pair with Pale Ale or Wheat Beer or Alsatian-style wines.
