A favourite amongst children and adults alike, this Haloumi has a delicate milky flavour and soft texture that makes it versatile for many dishes. Each piece is hand salted by the cheesemaker giving a much less salty cheese than most supermarket varieties
Delicious fried over moderate heat with a splash of oil and served with something tangy; salsa verde, a green salad, or lemon juice and mint. Try grating it into veggie burger patties or adding to curry as a paneer substitute.
