We send all parcels the fastest way possible, hand delivered in the Orange region and by AusPost Express elsewhere.

Every box that is sent via AusPost includes food-safe insulation and ice-packs to keep it fresh on its journey to your door.

All parcels are sent on Tuesdays so that they are delivered by the weekend. Any orders received after midnight on Monday will be dispatched the following week.

Each cheese weighs approx. 130g-170g. Sometimes our seasonal products weigh a bit less because they are more labour intensive to make.
