Inspired by Alpine cheesemakers, Maurice is a semi-hard farmhouse table cheese. Washed in a local Pale Ale, it displays a thin tasty rind with hoppy characteristics and a smooth palette.
 
Maurice is a versatile cheese for snacking and wine pairing; complementing medium bodied reds and whites alike, and of course, a delicious Ale! Pair with a spicy kasundi on crackers or enjoy on a classic sandwich
